Birthday cakes: aproximately 40 (not including our friends and family), Anniversary cakes: 12, Christening cakes: – 9, Wedding Cakes :166. Largest wedding cake: 5 tier square cake to feed 300 guests, Furthest delivery: Portmeirion in Wales (plus one collected and driven to France last summer), Number of wedding guests fed: with an average of 100 guests per wedding, aproximately 16, 600!
